Build
Treffer understands the client's specification to develop the offshore development centre. Treffer will submit a business plan, which will include office space, infrastructure, human resources, management set-up, training process, quality process, accounting, tax, etc. Handling upfront costs during different phases will also be submitted in advance, for client's approval. |
Operate
Treffer will take care of all the client's business activities for a stipulated duration. Our main objective will be to responsibly operate the offshore development centre as per the approved business proposal. |
Transfer
The client can take complete ownership of the offshore development centre, including human resources. |
