The Process
Once we decide to work under this model, Treffer will allocate the required engineers (one engineer = 160 man hours per month) who will work as extended engineering designers at our place. |
| Clients will allocate regular projects (on day-to-day basis, or weekly basis, or monthly basis) to the engineers. Treffer will ensure that it is delivered on-time, and with good quality. A monthly report will be submitted and review meetings conducted regularly. |
Benefits
This suits clients who require limited resources. Treffer charges a fixed amount on a monthly basis. More people can be added to the client’s team on request. |
