Working Methods

Understand the cutsomer's requirements

At Treffer, we believe in understanding our customer's requirements. The requirements must be clearly defined and prioritized even before the design phase. Vital requirements must be identified within the context of a project.

Getting together a team

Depending on the business model chosen, the project team is formed. It provides a forum for various points of view and technical analyses. The team generally consists of a designated main contact, senior engineer and other engineers.

Communication channels

We conduct regular meetings with our customer's where we analyze the design phase and the progress. It enables us to clear any doubts and deliver value on investment.
