The Process
Once the agreement is inked, Treffer forms a project team based on the requirement. The team may consist of project managers, senior engineers and junior engineers.
Treffer will provide work estimation for each phase and work with clients to work out the time needed for each phase. The focus will be reducing time and cost.

Clients pay a monthly or bi-monthly charge, depending on the size and composition of the project team. This business model offers the flexibility to balance team size and project workloads.
Regular reports and task sheets on weekly or monthly basis will be provided to clients.
