The company is a 100% export-oriented unit with a customer-first approach and has been collaborating with companies based in the U.S., Canada and Germany for more than 15 years now.

The company helps customers reimagine their design and accelerate growth in the marketplace. Treffer Technologies has been collaborative in its professional relationships, and that is what it brings to the table when it seeks new customers. Treffer operates more like a partner than an outside vendor. And so, customers receive a superior experience and better business outcomes.

  • Employees at Treffer are also required to sign an NDA.

Understand customers' requirements

At Treffer, we believe in understanding our customers' needs. These requirements must be clearly defined and prioritized even before the design phase, and identified within the context of a project.

Putting together a team

Depending on the business model chosen, the project team is formed. It provides a forum for various points of view and technical analyses. The team generally consists of a designated main contact, senior engineer and other engineers.

Communication channels

We conduct regular meetings with our customers where we analyze the design phase and the progress. It enables us to clear any doubts and deliver value on investment.

Our Story

Nandakumar Ganesh (Chief Executive) is someone who rose up the ranks to build Treffer Technologies into a space with a vibrant work ethic and positive environment. He has used the best practices of the industry and tuned it to fit the company's needs and his vision.

Since Treffer's inception in July 2010, the company has grown from a handful of people to a 50-member strong team.
